Whales of Iceland Reykjavík

Ever strolled beneath a blue whale? This museum houses full-sized models of the 23 species of whale found off Iceland's coast. The largest museum of this type in Europe, it also displays models of whale skeletons, and has good audio guides and multimedia screens to explain what you're seeing, as well as a documentary theater. There's a cafe and gift shop too. The museum offers family tickets (7800 ISK).
